Cancellation & Refund Policy 



Salon Policies


• Please provide 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule online. After that timeframe, contact the salon directly.

• A 50% deposit is required for all new clients and clients who have cancelled 3+ times.

• Deposits are non-refundable if an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours.

• All product sales are final, including hair extensions.


Extension Appointments

Extension move-ups require significant appointment time. If you plan to remove your extensions instead of a move-up, advance notice is required. Same-day changes or lack of notice will be charged as the full move-up service.


• No-shows or failure to communicate will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.


We understand life happens, but these policies protect our time and business so we can continue providing the best service.
