
To cancel or reschedule online, we kindly ask for at least 72 hours’ notice. After this time, please contact the salon directly.
A 50% deposit is required for all new clients, as well as for clients who have cancelled three or more times.
Deposits are non-refundable if an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
If you’re unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We’re happy to make any necessary adjustments within one week of the original service. After that period, additional charges may apply.
All product sales are final, including the sale of hair extensions.
We understand that life happens, but these policies protect our business, our time, and our livelihood while allowing us to continue providing you with the best care and service.
